The achievements of Ray Shipping Enterprise Co., Ltd. wholly owes to the dedication and hard work of those concerned in making the best efforts to satisfy her valued customers.

In the year 1991 Ray Shipping Enterprise Co., Ltd was established and the company was officially registered with Seaman Employment Control Division (SECD), Now Seafarer Department ( SD ) and the Ministry of Transport in the country of Myanmar to provide ship Owners our ship Management companies the best services with the assurance of systematic efficiency.

With our company’s Quality System being our Specialty we have grown into a crew management company in this competitive world. We are the only crew management based in Myanmar that had been the first shipping company to be certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance the ISO 9001: 2000. on 30th June 2003. and with this Quality Management System we have been working with experience and provide the ship owners requirement as well as our own crew needs.

As with the expanding fleet of ships each year ship owners and ship management companies need more well experienced crews who are well trained to meet the Safety Standards for the growing threat from the world wide terrorist to the shipping world.

Our company has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the Management System New Standards ISO 9001:2008 approval order Certificate No.403669 on 29 January 2011.

Safety of life at sea and safe passage of cargoes from port to port should be well protected by crews who navigate the seas of the world.

I am an Executive Committee member of Myanmar Seafarer Employment Services Federation ( MSESF ) .

We have a very good relation with Department of Marine Administration(DMA) , Seafarer Department ( SD ), Myanmar Mercantile Marine College ( MMMC ), Myanmar Maritime University (MMU), Myanmar Five Star Line (MFSL) and Myanmar Oversea Seafarers Federation (MSF).
